Sarah Randell

Teapot Trust is led by CEO, Sarah Randell, supported by 7 staff, 7 trustees, and 25 art therapists.

In post since May 2019, Sarah is far-sighted strategically and relational in her approach. She has worked to achieve a sustainable model for the charity that ensures equitable access to art therapy services. Now, the focus is growth – important as 1 in 4 children and young people in the UK are living with a chronic health condition or a physical disability that impacts their mental health.

Sarah previously held Development Director and Head of Fundraising roles with a national charity, a respected theatre, and a large school. She was also Deputy Director of a national membership organisation where her focus was helping member charities prepare to pass OSCR's charity/public benefit test.

Outside work, Sarah enjoys hills and beaches, creative activities and live theatre – all things that make her feel fully alive!
