Teapot Trust’s policies are updated by senior staff, with specialist HR input for employment related policies, and approved by trustees. A live register of all 20+ policies is maintained by the CEO and Board. New policies are added as appropriate. Reviewing the Risk Register is a standing agenda item at all trustees' meetings.
