We loved our New Years Day Dip so much that we've made it a month long challenge! Cold water therapy is becoming increasingly popular as a way to boost circulation, reduce pain and improve wellbeing.

Take on a challenge that is not only beneficial for your mental health but will also help raise funds to support the mental health of children and young people who access art therapy from Teapot Trust.

3. Do it your way: cold shower, cold bath, wild swimming, whichever appeals to you.

4. Set up a fundraising page or contact Charlene who can do this for you.
