Get Help Referral for online art therapy Parent/Carer referral form Before filling in the referral form please read the following information. What will happen after I have filled in the referral form? The referral form will be sent to a secure email address. The Art Therapy Project Manager and an art therapist will review your form to ensure it meets our criteria and then get in touch. If they feel your child will benefit from art therapy, the art therapist will set up a video call using Zoom to speak to you to gain a better understanding of your child's needs and any issues and concerns you have. We provide art therapy in blocks of 8-12 sessions, meeting for one hour per week. The sessions will be one-to-one unless the assessment session highlights it might be helpful to take part as a family. Important information All our art therapists are fully qualified, background checked, and registered with the Health Care Professions Council and the British Association of Art Therapists.
