Mindfulness is all about being aware in the present moment, and something our art therapists employ regularly to help young people ground themselves. Join us for our Mindfulness workshop where we will explore techniques to calm and bring your attention to the present. Our art therapist will examine how exercises and therapeutic art techniques can be used daily to overcome stresses related to everyday life. More details will be coming soon.
