Thank you for your interest in journaling to reduce stress. This event registration is now closed. You can also join us at our upcoming Wellbeing Workshop, Mindfulness on 31 July.

There is increasing evidence to show that journaling has a positive impact on wellbeing and on both mental and physical health. Why? The benefits, for adults and children alike, include self-expression, exploring thoughts and feelings, and a deeper understanding of the causes and effects of ill health – achieved through logging symptoms, noting patterns and making diet and lifestyle changes accordingly. Creative Journaling is a ‘go to’ coping tool.

Responsive to heightened anxiety during the pandemic, we’re offering a Journaling for Stress Reduction workshop for children, young people and family members who want to discover a practical self-help tool that’s also an enjoyable creative outlet.
