Creativity & Wellbeing Week Creativity & Wellbeing Week was launched in 2012 as a celebration of arts and health activity in London. Since then it has grown into the biggest creative wellbeing festival in the UK, with people taking part across the country. The theme for this year’s festival is Positive Futures, which is a great fit for our own work, given that we support the mental health of children and young people with chronic conditions through art therapy – as well as supporting their families. On Monday 18 May, you can join Teapot Trust’s Engagement Officer, Caitlin Meagher, for a Facebook Watch Party at 12.30pm. Caitlin will be sharing a bit more about our work and why it’s so important that we continue to support families online. She’ll also tell us about our online resources and how these can be used at home to support wellbeing. After our Facebook Watch Party and for the rest of Creativity & Wellbeing week, Teapot Trust supporter Katie, age 7, will be highlighting her favourite Teapot Trust activities at 12.30pm each day, to help young people stay creative and calm at home. You and your family are invited to try out the art activities and to share the results of your creativity for the chance to win a prize at the end of the week! Hope to see you over on Facebook and Twitter 18 – 24 May! Booking for this event has now closed.
